Help Saie Saie tour California by horseback to save the last Wild horses in America !

To save 50,000 beautiful wild horses from being either slaughtered or confined in holding pens by the US government, independent musician and wild horse protection advocate, Saie Saie will ride 400 miles horseback and perform at venues along the Pacific Crest trail to create awareness and raise funds to save the wild horses.

"I came up with the idea to make a tour on horseback because I wanted to use my music for something real. Being signed to major labels throughout most of my career, I was so sick of music being a product rather than music being used for something real. I promised myself to use my music for something bigger than being on the radio and when I found out about the situation for the Wild Horses in the US - I just couldn't sit and watch. Horses is such a big part of my life. I grew up playing Horse polo and then I went in to music. I truly wouldn't be who I am or where I am without the horses. " 

Wild One Campaign:

- Saie Saie will journey horseback on her horse Hinto and with a small team for two months from Los Angeles to Palomino Valley, where 50,000 horses are confined in 3% of their allowed space.
- Saie Saie will document her entire journey on social media (Snapchat, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook -a combined 40,000 followers) urging them to spread the message about saving the wild horses.
- Along the journey, Saie Saie will continue to connect with political officials, the media and others in an effort to create a broader awareness of the issue.
- Along the trail, Saie Saie will perform at several venues raising awareness and funds for the campaign.

Solution Focused
Success will be defined if we can raise enough awareness to persuade Congress to overturn the 1971 Amendment –returning the protection of wild horses. The basics of the equation show that the amendment was created for a very specific purpose to favor the cattle industry and not to protect the wild horses.

The end goal is to raise money for contraceptives for the wild horses so that they don’t over populate and then coordinate a move of the wild horses from BLM land to various Native american reservations in the US. It’s been proven that the wild horses DNA is from North America a and this solution is a far better than paying 80 million dollars (of tax payer money) a year to have them captivated.
