SeniorHomes.com Introduces "Best of the Web" Program

SeniorHomes.com, an online directory and resource for seniors and their families searching for senior care or senior housing, has announced the introduction of its "Best of the Web" Awards, which will compile and rate the best senior living, caregiving, and senior industry resources from around the web. Websites will be rated by a panel of expert judges with a breadth of experience across many areas of senior living.

"The 'Best of the Web' Awards program expands upon our overall mission to provide a comprehensive resource for seniors and their families," says Chris Rodde, CEO of SeniorHomes.com. “By identifying the best senior care resources across the web, we're able to pinpoint the sites that will prove most useful to those navigating the complex maze of information on the web today.”

The 2011 SeniorHomes.com Best of the Web program will include resources from seven categories of senior living, including senior living industry and consumer blogs, caregiver and industry newsletters, caregiver resources, senior living provider websites, and education and government resources. Judging panel includes Ryan Malone, well-known senior care author and publisher of InsideElderCare.com, and Joy Loverde, nationally-recognized speaker and author of The Complete Elder Care Planner, among other industry leaders and senior experts.
