Oxeon invests in more capacity

Oxeon, market leader in Spread Tow carbon reinforcements, has increased its production capacity as a consequence of the great demand for Oxeon’s high-performance products.

“We have had a tremendous growth in recent years and the demand for our materials remains high. As a natural step, we have once again added capacity. I am glad that there is a strong interest in our products and the unique benefits they bring, our expanded capacity is a natural progression of it”, says Henrik Blycker, CEO at Oxeon.

TeXtreme® Spread Tow Fabrics are more extensively used than ever and the number of OEM products steadily increases. The latest being the ultra light golf shaft Blur from Fujikura Golf. Large progress has also been done together with customers within Aerospace and Marine. TeXtreme®’s unique abilities to reduce weight, improve mechanical performance, give superior surface finish and get the possibility to use the technical story of TeXtreme® is validating itself by the interest and work performed by the customers and users.
