Die geschweißten NovusBloc®-Plattenwärmetauscher von Tranter werden bald in einer nordamerikanischen Raffinerie installiert, wo sie zu einer Verringerung der CO2-Emissionen um fast 3 Millionen Tonnen/Jahr beitragen werden

Tranter hat einen Auftrag über mehrere geschweißte NovusBloc®-Plattenwärmetauscher für ein Raffinerie-Erweiterungsprojekt in Nordamerika erhalten. Das Projekt wurde von einem globalen EPC-Unternehmen mit Sitz in den USA, das sich auf Onshore- und Offshore-Öl- und -Gasprojekte spezialisiert hat, geplant und in Auftrag gegeben.

Tranter to replace traditional shell-and-tube heat exchangers in a refinery in Israel with more efficient plate technology.

Tranter have won an order to replace two existing Shell-and-Tube heat exchangers in an oil refinery in Israel. The new heat exchangers, two large NovusBloc® heat exchangers in stainless steel, will be installed in the Atmospheric Distillation process of the refinery, where they will preheat the incoming crude oil with the light gas oil fraction from the Atmospheric distillation column.

Tranter ist auf der ACHEMA Pulse – dem neuen digitalen Flaggschiff-Event für die Prozessindustrie – mit dem neuen geschweißten Plattenwärmetauscher NovusBloc vertreten.

Als wiederkehrender Aussteller auf der ACHEMA, der führenden Messe für die Prozessindustrie in Frankfurt a. M., wird Tranter seine Teilnahme nun auf die digitale Version, ACHEMA Pulse, ausweiten, die am 15.–16. Juni 2021 stattfindet. Während dieser Messe wird Tranter seinen Neuzugang in der Produktpalette vorstellen: den geschweißten Plattenwärmetauscher NovusBloc.

Tranter have received and order for several NovusBloc® welded plate heat exchangers to a refinery expansion project in North America. The project was engineered and procured by an American based Global EPC-Contractor focusing on on-shore and off-shore oil & gas projects.

Tranter wird mit einem NovusBloc®-auftrag für eine neue biokunststoffanlage zum vorreiter für erneuerbare chemische prozesse.

Tranter hat einen Auftrag über sechs (6) NovusBloc®-Wärmetauscher aus Edelstahl erhalten, die in einer Biokunststofffabrik in Thailand installiert werden sollen. Die Engineering- und Beschaffungsaktivitäten für das Projekt wurden von einem globalen EPC-Unternehmen durchgeführt, und der endgültige Auftrag wurde direkt vom Eigentümer der Anlage erteilt.

Tranter becomes an early-runner for new renewable chemical processes with a NovusBloc® order for a new bio plastic facility.

Tranter have won an order consisting of six (6) NovusBloc® heat exchangers in stainless steel that will be installed in a Bio Plastic factory in Thailand. The engineering and procurement activities for the project were handled by a global EPC company, and the final order was placed directly by the owner of the plant.

传特获得北美一家精炼厂为扩建工程订购的 NovusBloc®订单，该项目由总承包（EPC）负责工程设计与采购。此承包商是专门从事海陆油气勘探项目的一家美国全球化工程公司。传特 NovusBloc®产品的应用将有助于减少北美地区二氧化碳年排放量近三百万吨。

Tranter ersetzt traditionelle rohrbündelwärmetauscher in einer raffinerie in Israel durch effizientere plattentechnologie.

Tranter erhielt den Auftrag, zwei bestehende Rohrbündelwärmetauscher in einer Ölraffinerie in Israel zu ersetzen. Die neuen Wärmetauscher, zwei große NovusBloc®-Wärmetauscher aus Edelstahl, werden in der atmosphärischen Destillation der Raffinerie installiert, um das ankommende Rohöl mit der Leichtgasölfraktion aus der atmosphärischen Destillationskolonne vorzuwärmen.
