  • Built in the USA: Manufactured with meticulous quality control in the United States, the units feature durable double-wall, 20-gauge panels and are available with industry-leading short lead times, often as quick as 4 weeks for standard configurations.

Three Models to Meet Every Facility Need

The new RTU lineup is available in three primary models to provide flexible solutions for varying commercial requirements:

  1. Standard Rooftop Unit: A high-efficiency packaged system (available in 5-50 tons) delivering robust, reliable heating and cooling for a wide range of applications.
  2. Advanced Heat Pump with Dual-Fuel Capability: This innovative system (available in 5-30 tons) integrates an electric heat pump with natural gas auxiliary heat. It automatically selects the most economical fuel source based on outdoor conditions, ensuring maximum efficiency and cost savings year-round.
  3. Dedicated Outdoor Air System (DOAS): A specialized solution (available in 3-60 tons) designed to condition 100% fresh outdoor air. The DOAS improves indoor air quality, manages humidity independently, and utilizes integrated energy recovery technologies for superior efficiency.
