From labor shortages to an aging population and a shortage of farmers in the next generation, Japan’s agriculture industry is dealing with a myriad of issues. Yanmar will be introducing its “SMARTASSIST” ICT technology platform in Europe, a key component of its world-leading Yanmar Smart Agriculture technologies which are scheduled to be showcased at the world’s top trade fair for agricultural business, Agritechnica 2019.
