Rice gelée at PAGES Restarant
In the runup to SIAL Paris 2018, Yanmar enlisted Michelin-starred Restaurant PAGES to hold a media event for local and international press on October 18th featuring a selection of dishes using Rice gelée.
Rice gelée, a natural gluten-free food product made from just rice and water, was met with great interest at its first outing outside of Japan.
