BLAST Pro Series Istanbul - Media Accreditation

All press and media must apply and approved to get access to BLAST Pro Series in Istanbul's Ülker Sports Arena. 

The main event will take place on 29th September from 12 noon in the arena, where all decisive group stage matches and the Grand Final will be played live on stage.

Millions will be watching online and on TV as 6 of the best teams in the world will battle it out to win their share of the 250.000 USD prize pool. 

General media information:

To obtain a media accreditation for BLAST Pro Series Istanbul, please fill in and submit the form below before the 19th September. Your request will be reviewed and responded to no later than the 25th of September. Please note only approved media will have access!

All accredited media representatives will need to wear a valid photo ID and their accreditation badge visible at any time. 

Photographers

WIll receive a badge with access to photo zones and dedicated media zones. Photographers can take single pictures in the arena only in cases where this does not interfere in the audience experience. It is not allowed to stay in position outside of the photo zones, where instructions must be followed.

Videographers

Will receive a badge with access to video zones and dedicated media zones. Videographers can film the audience in the arena only in cases where this does not interefere in the audience experience. It is not allowed to stay in position outside the video zones, where instructions must be followed. Interviews with fans can only take place outside the arena and not inside when there is action on stage. 

Only a limited number of videographers will be granted access due to capacity. Access to mixed zone granted on a case to case basis.Please stipulate this in your request.

Written press

Will receive a badge with access to either press seats in the arena where a table will be available, or a general seat, depending upon need and capacity. Written press will have access to dedicated media zones and mixed zone on a case to case basis. Please stipulate this in your request.

Observer seats

There will be a limited number of observer seats for research, general observation and reporting from the event. These seats do not have access to media zones. A ticket will be issued.


IMPORTANT!

There will be pyro and other show elements during the show, and for safety reasons any breach of protocol, media access zones and general rules in the arena will result withdrawal of press accreditation and possible eviction.
