BLAST Pro Series is not only the most engaging, entertaining and exciting live show esports has to offer, it is also a range of media channels with own original VOD content - and now a new live show!
"RAW - by BLAST Pro Series" will debut Thursday night at 6PM CET. The first edition of the online show will include new concepts and breaking news about one of the BLAST Pro Series Lisbon teams.
Action packed debut - Breaking team news
Nicolas Estrup, Director of Product BLAST Pro Series, explains:
- The universe of BLAST Pro Series and Counter-Strike in general contains so many stories, stats, characters and entertaining elements that have not been showcased. With RAW by BLAST Pro Series we invite all viewers inside the BLAST engine room in a dynamic, simple format that will surprise, entertain and educate both the hard core fans and the general viewer.
- The format is, as the name indicates, a simplistic series of talk show style episodes taking place in or around the cities or venues BLAST Pro Series takes us. Our premiere will be broadcast from our HQ in Copenhagen, where we present the thoughts behind the show, surprise guests, new show elements, fan interaction and even breaking news about one of the teams participating in BLAST Pro Series Lisbon next week.
- We plan to air the show every two weeks or when we have relevant new content to present. It's only natural we'll touch upon what is new in the world of BLAST Pro Series, but the show is really "all Counter-Strike". When airing during the Group Stage matches of ESL Pro League, we will of course talk about what's going on in Odense, but in general the show can be about anything we find relevant and fun for the viewers to watch, Estrup comments.
One element of the first episode of RAW will for certain be the Picks and Bans for all group stage matches in Lisbon made by the 6 participating teams.
Assisted by Anders Blume, Nicolas Estrup will host the first ever episode of "RAW - by BLAST Pro Series".
The show will air from 6PM tonight on BLAST Pro Series' Twitch channel:
