Our employees should be valued for their work.

Hello world!

I am the emperor penguin Bowie, the mascot of Bowspirit Kids, on the beautiful Ekström Ice Shelf in the north of Antarctica near Neumayer-Station III.

We would like to see Lübeck not only as our base port, but also as the home port, because we do not want to operate our ship under a flag of convenience.

All employees on board will be in contact with our young guests. And from our point of view therefore it is completely forbidden to employ "cheap labourers". Our employees should be valued for their work - regardless of their nationality. This requires remuneration at our remuneration level. That is a good investment in the future of our young guests.

Whether we can really sail under the German flag, however, also depends on whether the German authorities will actually allow us to have the ship that we have actually purchased flying the German flag. But the future will show that.
