DEFA e-mobility Nordic roll out

News   •   Nov 06, 2018 07:37 UTC

DEFA is now proud to announce that we are also established with e-mobility solutions in Finland and Denmark.

In Finland DEFA offer charging solutions at car dealerships including a Wallbox concept “Installed and Ready” to all buyers of electric cars and plug in Hybrids. DEFA OY will be a supplier of charging solutions to the Automotive industry as well as to electricians and the property market. Being the long term and solid supplier of electric motor heaters, alarm, tracking devices and warm up systems to the finnish market DEFA is very well suited to be the reliable supplier of charging solutions for the growing e-mobility market. Volvo dealers in the Finish market are already up and running.

- The many dealership locations that are now being equipped with smart charging poles and wallboxes are a first step to aid growth in the EV segment. We are that partner to our Automotive customers, says Olli Nappari Country manager/GM Finland.

In Denmark DEFA has entered the e-mobility market by facilitating charging solutions at the Automotive training Centre "Autobranschens Utvicklingscenter" where new EV models are introduced and mechanics are being trained. DEFA is supporting the training of mechanics in the electric segment.

The speedy growth of DEFA e-mobility in the Nordic markets is a result of DEFAs ability to manage larger and complex projects across borders with DEFA Cloudcharge and EVCloud payment and administration systems in combination with high quality hardware.

- We are proud to say that we have a solution for everyone, including private home owners, corporate facilities, fleet, apartment buildings and cities/municipalities with public charging points, says Charlotte Eisner, Global Sales and Markets Director. -We welcome all existing and new customers to learn more about our e-mobility solutions.
