Microsoft Denmark acknowledges EG's proactive ERP troubleshooter

The ERP system is the administrative core of many businesses. An ideal set-up without bottlenecks and performance issues is therefore critical to daily operations. EG Business Care nips problems in the bud, and Microsoft Denmark acknowledges EG's efforts with the Innovation Partner of the Year award.

When it comes to the capacity and operation of the IT system, there are many hidden problems that will only be discovered when they have an adverse impact on the organisation. Proactive troubleshooting

EG Business Care is a collection of services that monitor, collect and analyse activities in the company's Dynamics system. EG Business Care thus proactively ensures that availability and capacity issues are identified and avoided.

"EG Business Care is a tool that shows businesses exactly where the problems are. It gives an overview of which parts of the IT infrastructure are causing trouble and where to take action to fix the issues. At the same time, the historical overview of developments and trends in the use of IT enables users to address the root of the problem and avoid temporary workarounds," says Jesper T. Added value of ERP investments

The award was presented to EG in Denmark, but EG Business Care is available throughout Scandinavia, and all EG customers can benefit from it. In presenting the award to EG, Microsoft emphasised the improved utilisation of the customers' existing IT architecture.

The Innovation Partner of the Year award is presented in the same year that EG was selected to join Microsoft Inner Circle at Scandinavian level. Thus, EG once again cements its status as Scandinavia's strongest Microsoft Dynamics partner.
