Empower signs a three-year service agreement with Sonera
Sonera has extended its long-term cooperation with Empower by signing a new three-year service agreement on 18 December, 2014. The agreement covers delivery, fixed network fault repair, construction and mobile construction services for telecom networks in Finland. Empower will build the mobile and cable network all over the country. The works will mainly start in February, 2015 and they will employ approximately 220 persons.
“We are very pleased with the trust Sonera has shown towards us and the expansion of our cooperation. Through the agreement, we will further strengthen our position as an overall service provider for Sonera, and we will invest strongly in developing our operations together with our customer,” says Camilla Sundström, President of Empower's Telecom Network Division.
