EPFL & EXEGER Collaboration

EXEGER Sweden AB (Publ) and École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) have just agreed to conduct joint research for the integration of next generation materials in the EXEGER solar cell architecture. The collaboration entails a shift in strategy for EXEGER who have thus far been extremely restrictive in sharing any details about their solar cell.

The collaboration between EPFL and EXEGER will expedite transfer of top academic research results into commercial products drastically reducing time to market. Prof. Michael Graetzel is the main authority in the field of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSC) having invented the first DSC in 1988 at EPFL.
This marks the start of Exeger’s global roll-out with increased efforts in strategic locations around the world.
