Nordic market leader Fältcom sets up sales company in the UK

“The UK is a very attractive market for us. Establishing a local presence there will expand our business opportunities,” explains Fältcom CEO Mikael Långström.

“We want to expand faster and conquer new markets in Europe,” he continues. “The UK is the first step. There's major interest in our solutions there and it also has the most mature market in Europe when it comes to communications solutions for buses.”

Fältcom has established a new company specifically to expand in the UK, FältCom Ltd. Kristina Hagström, who has previously worked for IBM and Sun Microsystems, will head the Portsmouth office as its managing director.
