New Chairman of the Board at PayEx

Jonas Lagerstedt, CEO of PayEx,  is today actively assuming the role of Chairman of the Board of PayEx. Jonas' move means that Raymond Klavestad takes over as CEO.

CEO Jonas Lagerstedt acitvely assumes the role of Chariman of the Board of PayEx with effect from 1 October 2012. Owner and founder Max Hansson will continuer to be active on the Board. As previously, Jonas will continue to work in both Stockholm and Gotland, where the head office is located.

-  With this change of role we are following the strategy previously set by the Board – that the governance of PayEx needs both an active Board and a continued focus on operational issues. I will be focusing on the strategic and structural governance of the company in my role as Chairman," says Jonas Lagerstedt, Chairman of PayEx.

Raymond Klavestad has today taken up the position of CEO of PayEx. He has been with the group for 12 years and has worked on payment solutions since 1983. Most recently, Raymond was Business Area Manager Mobile. In his new role as CEO, he will be responsible for operations at PayEx. Raymond will be stationed in Norway, but will divide his time between the group's offices in the Nordic region.

My focus will be to continue PayEx' positive development, with customer growth and the further development of competitive products and services. I am looking forward to working with Jonas," says Raymond Klavestad, CEO of PayEx.
