The articles we share on social media, on our websites and our blog, are written by our skilled and experienced employees from across the world. By involving our employees we make sure to use all the competence we have within the company about different markets and customer needs. The deep understanding of customer operations and its challenges enables us to create content that is of customer value. Therefore, we also focus a lot on educating our employees in general about social media and Greencarrier’s different channels. Last year for the first time, we appointed and some of our employees as our social media ambassadors. They help us to share genuine and relevant content from our different countries and regions. By involving them, we cover the biggest and most interesting news and events in our offices as well as in the global transport industry.
