Handheld focus on Service and Support results in satisfied customers

[Lidköping, Sweden, April 25, 2018.] Handheld Group, a leading supplier of rugged mobile computers, today announced the results of a customer support survey that showed extremely positive feedback. Aiming for high-quality Service and Support, the company launched a customer survey with questions about the overall Handheld product support experience, representative helpfulness and expertise, promptness and ease of contact.

Handheld places a high priority on providing excellent customer service and technical support for their lineup of rugged mobile computers. Handheld recently expanded its support department staff to address recent growth and ensure customer satisfaction. For this particular survey, Handheld US tracked survey responses for seven months from North American customers who received customer support.

The survey produced the following results:

  • 100% of respondents said their customer service experience was positive, and 80% said it was "very positive.”
  • 94% said their customer support representative was helpful.
  • 97% said their customer support representative was "very" or "extremely" knowledgeable.
  • 97% said their questions were answered as quickly as they'd expected or faster.
  • 100% said it was easy to get in contact with the support team.

Additionally, individual comments expressed high levels of satisfaction:

  • “We've owned several Nautiz products over the years, and from time to time have needed help keeping them in service. I've always found the technicians at Handheld to be very good at what they do, and the service they provide has always been top notch. Our most recent experience was no exception. Thanks!”
  • “The technician was very knowledgeable regarding the questions I had. I am very satisfied with the product and the solution he proposed.”

  • “Your technician was quicker than expected and knew the correct source to go to for the solution. If other tech support sites worked as smoothly as yours does, the world would be a better place. Thanks!”
