Hitachi Data Systems wins a place on the UK’s Best Workplaces ranking

I’m thrilled to announce that Hitachi Data Systems was named by Great Place to Work® as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces yesterday evening.

Since taking the role of Managing Director for the UK & Ireland, I'm inspired by what has been achieved by stakeholders from across our UK business to make this a fantastic place to work. We've created more personal development opportunities, improved work/life balance, and sought to provide fast-moving, challenging work and great rewards.

Happy, motivated and engaged people make for satisfied customers and growth for HDS as an organisation. I'm passionate about building a culture of excellence and opportunity for anyone willing to work hard and keep focussed on delivering value to our customers. But it’s not just about toil. Creativity, resilience, camaraderie and a very good sense of humour typify the UK HDS team, and I'm incredibly proud to call them my colleagues.

It is fantastic to be ranked 29th on this illustrious list, however despite this we’re not a business that rest on its laurels and there is still much more we want to achieve.
