Go EAST for a Festive Feast

(Hong Kong, 19 October, 2011) Make this a memorable festive season. Celebrate at our vibrant dining space at Feast (Food by EAST) where international Christmas and New Year favourites have received the Feast touch, in accordance with our mantra “simple things, done well”.

Our seasonal celebration begins on 5 December with Feast’s daily Festive Lunch menu, which
includes a delectable Christmas main course as part of the semi-buffet lunch at HK$230*.
Chef Taki has turned his talents to the creation of an outstanding semi-dinner buffet for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (24 & 25 December), priced at HK$538* from 6-8pm and HK$638* from 8:30-11:00pm. Discounted prices for children under 12: HK$238* and HK$338*. A Christmas family brunch is available on 25 December priced at HK$488* with free flowing champagne at an additional cost of HK$150*. Children under 12 enjoy 50% discount and there is no charge for children aged 6 or under.


For 26 December Boxing Day and 27 December, Chef Taki has devised an exciting three-course lunch set menu, priced at HK$230*. The main Christmas semi-buffet attraction is a spectacular fresh ‘Seafood Market’ filled with freshly shucked oysters, blue swimmer crabs and a live cooking station featuring clams in wine. The buffet extravaganza also includes a selection of antipasto favourites such as Eggplant Roll filled with Mozzarella and Roasted Garlic Aioli, Roulade Chicken with Herb Mayonnaise, Mini Beef Wellington with Prune Jam and Grilled Sardines with Vegetable Salsa followed by a selection of smoked, cured and aged meats and a 22-month-aged Parmesan wheel.

Following the wide-ranging antipasto starters, explore the buffet main course including Traditional
Roast Turkey, Honey Glazed Gammon Ham, King Prawn Cannelloni or Vanilla Braised Beef Chuck,
complemented by an array of seasonal desserts.

There are festive welcome drinks for all and children will love the surprise appearance by Santa Claus on 24 and 25 December. A special take-home Christmas cupcake box will be prepared for all children on 25 December.

Feast’s celebrations continue as we ring in the New Year. Our New Year’s Eve dinner buffet on 31
December is priced at HK$585* and discounted to HK$285* for children under 12. The ‘Seafood
Market’ represents the ultimate indulgence, with fresh prawns and a live cooking station featuring
pasta marinara. Feast on delicious antipasto, specialty cold meats and scrumptious main courses with an incredible array of 20 desserts to indulge your sweet tooth before the New Year’s resolutions kick in.

Party goers looking for the most memorable New Year’s Eve countdown overlooking the lights of
Kowloon and the world’s most beautiful harbour will head for Sugar our sleek 32nd floor rooftop Bar.Deck.Lounge. Festive food and a seasonal cocktail menu plus music provided by our all-night live DJ take you up to midnight and on through the early morning hours.
