Wet Market Culinary Journey @ The Upper House Hong Kong

The Upper House, a small luxury hotel in Hong Kong above Pacific Place in Admiralty, launches a Culinary Journey package to enjoy an individual wet market journey with chef from one star Michelin restaurant Café Gray Deluxe, follow by a wine-pairing dinner and staying at 1,230 sq ft harbour view Upper Suite.

 

Chef sources fresh fishes, seasonal fruit and organic vegetables from local wet markets and infuses the high quality products into our latest seasonal summer menu at Café Gray Deluxe. Guests can now experience this one-hour journey to handpick the best ingredients with chef followed by an exotic dinner with tailored wine-pairing service.

 

Some of the local ingredients will land on your dining table at Café Gray Deluxe including Fennel and tomato gazpacho black olive mosto; Red curry snapper, Thai basil eggplants and kaffir lime; Steamed Garoupa, watercress-ginger broth, sauce ravigote; Truffled onion and bacon tarte flambée; Lobster cobb salad, spring greens; Caramelized mango gratin and passion fruit pavlova.

 

From now to 31 December 2011, guests can enjoy the Upper Suite Package with Wet Market Culinary Journey at HK$19,888 for 2 nights (with a minimum 2 consecutive night stay) for a 1,230sq ft harbour view Upper Suite, the offer includes:

 

• Wet market journey with chef in local wet market
• Wine-pairing dinner for two at Café Gray Deluxe
• Complimentary daily breakfast for two at Café Gray Deluxe
