Innovation360Group receives seed capital
The Tilander family via their investment company, Backstage is investing in the recently launched Innovation360 Group AB, which develops a world-leading technology for innovation development.
Along with the two founders Magnus Penker and Martin Hultqvist and their personnel, Backstage is providing 3 million Swedish Crowns to Innovation360 Group AB. The company helps their customers to strengthen their ability to innovate and mainly works in areas that represent major future challenges, such as food production, energy, water, safety, health, education and the environment.
– This investment is happening eith a perfect timing, says Fredrik Tilander, CEO of Backstage Invest. To be able to face tomorrow's challenges, the businesses must become better at innovation in the present. It is a question of survival. At the same time, one can ask why some companies year after year are more successful than others on this particular matter? Innovation360Group has the answers that can help management to understand how their companies can keep up with in the future.
Innovation360Group was launched in 2014 and has developed a leading and internationally recognized methodology, tool and database to analyze, design and transform businesses to face the increasingly fast market and technology changes of the present and future. The company is internationally active and works partly through its own innovation consultants and partly through licensed independent consultants. The goal is to create the world's largest and most accessible solution for innovation development for companies and organizations.

Innovation360Group has been launched by Magnus Penker, a veteran in the consulting industry who has been involved in a large number of start-ups, turn-arounds and successful company sales in both Sweden and internationally. Martin Hultqvist co-founder and business colleague has over 20 years of senior management experience, including turn-around CEO of the listed company A-Com.
