LK simplifies bathroom construction
LK is launching an installation wall to simplify the construction and renovation of bathrooms. The product is prefabricated at LK’s factory in Gävle and can be adapted to meet the customer’s specific requirements.
The LK Installation Wall Optimal is delivered with preinstalled water and wastewater pipes and fixtures for a wall-hanging WC and washbasin. The product is fitted with an approved wet room panel so that only the outer layer need be applied.
“Smart solutions for prefabricated bathrooms make construction convenient and more cost-effective. Our installation wall meets all requirements and is easy to install, while at the same time offering plenty of design flexibility. This is a safe solution that is simple to maintain,” says Fredrik Svensson, Head of Marketing.
The LK Installation Wall can be used for both new-builds and renovations in various types of property. Because it is prefabricated, the product can be easily adapted to the customer’s requirements, for example by adding fixtures for a washing machine or shower. The HVAC installer installs the wall themselves with the aid of only a few tools. This saves on tasks and time when compared to site-constructed bathrooms.
LK is the leader in the Nordics for heating and tap-water systems. The company has operated its own prefabrication facility in Gävle for many years.
