The past eight years the Merit Operations concept has been developed together with our customers. Focus is on establishing a continuous improvement process that benefits both our customers and us as a supplier.

The main focus is to proactively assist our customers by keeping the technical application platform available and stable while maintaining and improving all established M3 processes through our proactive Process Control service.

Merit Operations now operates in three time zones and offers 24/5 first line Service Desk. Combined with our second line emergency response, it offers a complete service portfolio for customers with businesses in multiple time zones or working shifts.

Here are two examples of Merit Operations customers:

Tools
A leading supplier of tools, machinery, personal protective equipment and industrial supplies, Tools are new with M3 and went live in December 2016. To ensure a good transition between the project phase and continuous operation the company signed a Merit Operations agreement.

NorSea
NorSea provides effective logistical support to offshore operators in the North Sea. They go live with M3 in January 2017 and chose Merit as a partner to assist with the operation of the application platform and M3 processes.
