Merit has developed one of the major clients in Central Europe even further

Selecta – one of the leading vending and coffee machine companies in Europe, has been a Merit client for more than seven years. Merit started with a support contract where we were trusted to look after the entire Movex RPG operation in seven countries.

Over the last two and a half years, Merit’s involvement with Selecta has expanded to include Merit Operations Services, Merit Intelligence and also taking over a number of routine tasks and pre-defined processes.

In the process of replacing the old Movex RPG solution, Infor M3 has been chosen as the new back-office system for Selecta, where Merit is the preferred partner for design and implementation of the new solution. As Selecta had been off maintenance for a number of years, Merit also was in the lead of constructing a re-licensing of Selecta with Infor, one of the largest license deal in Infor’s EMEA partner channel in 2015.

Over the last three months, consultants from Merit have been heavily engaged in the POC phase of the implementation, aiming at creating a design for the future use of M3 as a core solution for Selecta’s business.
