Byens mest kjente blokk rustes opp for 70 millioner: – Den blå fasaden blir historie. Anne Merete Schøning Morskogen gleder seg allerede til det blir kjølige høstkvelder. Da skal hun sitte på den splitter nye balkongen med kaffe, helt skjermet for kulde og regn. Mens hun tar seg en slurk av kaffekoppen og nyter utsikten, kan hun klappe seg litt på skuldra og takke for godt utført styrelederjobb.

11 days ago, Balco Project Manager, Keith Seaton successfully cycled the length of Great Britain with two of his friends, Neil Bradbury & Eddie Kohler. By cycling from Lands End to John O’Groats, the team raised over 5k for St Ann's Hospice in Manchester. The charity does phenomenal work helping patients, their families, and carers affected by cancer and life-limiting illnesses. As we grow, there is a need for a uniform graphical expression that is easily accessible. We have therefore chosen to update and adjust our graphics design language. We're happy to finally be able to share some of what we've done and why. We have updated our logo, colours, fonts and design language in our images and drawings. We didn't want to lose our heritage in the process, so we've focused on capturing the essence of what Balco has always been.
