wagamama opens doors to first restaurant in Norway at Oslo Airport
Following a collaboration with HMSHost-Umoe the opening marks the start of a new way of dining at Oslo Airport. “We are very proud to introduce wagamama at Oslo Airport”, says Walter Seib, CEO of HMSHost International. “We believe that the travelers at Oslo Airport will embrace wagamama, a restaurant with its positive eating philosophy, which has already become hugely popular with millions of people around the world.”
The debut restaurant, with 210 seats, is situated at the arrivals concourse at Oslo Airport, Gardermoen. Travelers can enjoy a variety of dishes, including wagamama's signature ramen; bowls of fragrant soup filled with noodles plus meat or vegetables. Spice enthusiasts can enjoy the much-loved prawn firecracker, and the tofu chilli salad offers vegetarians a fresh and crunchy treat. wagamama’s broad menu also includes a specific menu of vegan dishes, a first for the F&B offer in the airport.
Those after a light bite can enjoy small plates such as gyozas or edamame beans shaken with chilli and salt, alongside an extensive choice of freshly pressed juices, desserts and beverages. A mini menu has been designed especially for kids to ensure there is something for all the family to enjoy.
The restaurant will open from 10:00 to 22:00 daily and will also offer a selection of breakfast items until 12:00
Iconic restaurant brand wagamama has more than 190 eateries now across 25 countries worldwide, with plans to open a further 15 new restaurants over the next year.
