Real Estate slipper 3. mars sitt nye album 'Atlas' , som er New Jesey-gruppens tredje fullengder. 'Atlas' foredler nøye den briljant distinkte konstneriske visjonen som gjorde forgjengeren 'Days' og 'Real Estate' så elsket.

Albumet er skrevet av Martin Courtney, Matt Mondanile, Alex Bleeker og Jackson Pollis i en bil kjørende i Arizonas ørken, i et øvingslokale i Brooklyn, i Madrid og i bandets hjemby, Ridgewood, New Jersey. Den er innspilt under sommeren 2013 i Chicago med Tom Schick (Sean Lennon, Low, Cibo Matto) i Wilco's vindstudio der de nye medlemmene i bandet .Matt Kallman (tidligere i Girls) deltok på keyboard.
