New TIGR®Matrix surgical mesh size available

Novus Scientific, the Uppsala, Sweden-based innovator of  TIGR® Matrix surgical mesh, has launched a new mesh size in U.S. The size is 15 x 20 cm and meets a specific need. “Breast surgeons, Aesthetic surgeons and surgeons performing complex Abdominal Wall Reconstruction have requested this surgical bioresorbable mesh size specifically,” said Tac-Whei Ong, the President of Novus Scientific in the U.S. “The size is very suitable for use in Reconstructive, Revision, Cosmetic breast surgery and medium sized complex abdominal wall defects”.  TIGR® Matrix surgical mesh is now available in a range of sizes that fit many applications. Other sizes are 10 x 15 cm and 20 x 30 cm. The product is very easy to handle and can be cut with a pair of scissors into optimal format.
