O’Learys Trademark conducts organisational changes

Competition in the restaurant industry has increased in recent years which has adversely affected O'Learys. In the process of adapting to changing market conditions, O'Leary's Trademark intends to conduct organisational changes to increase efficiency. These changes entail a reduction of staff at the headquarters in Stockholm.

Negotiations with the trade unions regarding how the reductions are to be implemented has begun and individual responses to employees affected by the reductions are expected to be communicated no later than January 2019.
