Year of Proud at O'Learys - Superb Service Award May

Our teams have a passion for food, sports and people and share our core values: Fair Passionate Proud. This year we focus on the value Proud - We are each of us proud to be a part of the O’Learys family, our restaurant and our craft. We believe to feel pride is about increasing knowledge, being dedicated to details and having confidence about yourself.

We acknowledge our staff who has achieved the award Superb Service as a part of the Mystery Shopper evalutation and survey. Romeo and Medina were two of those who were awarded with Superb Service in May

- How does it feel to have been awarded the Superb Service?
It feels fantastic to get an Superb Service, it’s always a great pleasure to get recognized and appreciated for the job you’re doing

- What does Proud mean to you?
Proud for me means to be proud about our Meal4Meal program, I’m always proud to tell our guests about it and to feel that we’re contributing to benefit the people that are in need.

- What are you Proud of when it comes to O'Learys as a brand?
To be representing such a big chain as O’Learys and to be able to do it with SSP, I’m very proud to work for SSP and our collaboration with O’Learys.

- How does it feel to have been awarded the Superb Service?
It feels really amazing to be awarded with the Superb Service. I am really happy that my hard work has been noticed. This will only make me work even harder!

- What does Proud mean to you?
Proud to me means being proud and satisfied in everything I do at O'Learys. This can include the way you talk, the way you behave, the way you approach guests and so on. Being proud is being satisfied and knowing that each and everyone of our guests will leave O'Learys happy and excited to come back.

- What are you Proud of when it comes to O'Learys as a brand?
When it comes to O'Learys as a brand, I am proud of the concept and the food. I think it is easy to be proud of O'Learys because it is the number one sportsbar in so many different ways.
