Dr. Marcell Vollmer joins OpusCapita Board of Directors

As former SAP CPO and Ariba COO, Dr. Vollmer will bring valuable industry expertise to the OpusCapita Board

OpusCapita, a leading provider for finance and procurement solutions, announces today that Dr. Marcell Vollmer has been appointed to join OpusCapita’s Board of Directors.

Dr. Vollmer joins the OpusCapita Board as an independent member. He brings with him knowledge gained in leading digital transformation and automation of source-to-pay solutions and business networks both as a customer and as a solution vendor. Previously Dr Vollmer held positions as CPO of SAP, COO of SAP Ariba and Chief Digital Officer at SAP Cloud Business Group for Intelligent Spend Management. Currently, he is Chief Innovation Officer at Celonis, a leading provider of enterprise performance acceleration software.

This marks an important step in OpusCapita’s journey to Digitalize Global Trade - One Customer at a Time. Dr. Vollmer will bring to OpusCapita his extensive experience and contacts in the source-to-pay market and help the company in its international growth.
