Paxport launch new business, Pax2Pay Ltd

Paxport Group announces it has created a new business Pax2Pay Ltd in order to support

the growing demand for Paxport's payment solution.

The Pax2pay payment solution is growing rapidly in the UK and Continental Europe. The

current areas of growth is within the travel industry eg flights, tickets and hotel, but other

sectors are being identified.

Creating a separate company will ensure that we fully focus on providing a modern payment

service to the travel sector and set the service levels expected. The payment solution is not

dependent on our other products as it was in the past, the platform is independent with its

own API's.

Pax2Pay Ltd will strengthen the companies ambitious growth strategy and will also support

the launch of a new advanced digital payment platform in partnership with Modulr the digital

payment service provider.

Managing this new business is Mr Dave Robinson who has been promoted to Chief

Commercial Officer (COO). Dave has worked in corporate payments for over 25 years and

has a wealth of knowledge in the use of virtual cards and corporate payments.
