BagoSphere won 3rd place at Start-up@Singapore's Social Enterprise/CO-OP (Open) Category

For the past few months, BagoSphere took part in Start-up@Singapore's Business Plan competition. Launched in 1999 and now in its thirteenth year, the competition is recognized as the largest and most prestigious business plan competition in Singapore today.

BagoSphere would like to offer our biggest thanks to our advisory board, local supporters and staff from our pilot in Bago City, interns, volunteers and many others who that have helped shape BagoSphere. While S@S is a Singapore-based competition, this award recognizes the cross-fertilization of ideas and dreams across two countries, Singapore and the Philippines. BagoSphere is honoured to be able to facilitate this connection. We remain committed to learning and building a company that will serve both our clients - rural youths at the Bottom of the Pyramid (BoP) and IT-BPO companies.

BagoSphere awarded a grant from SIF's Young Social Entrepreneurs (YSE) program
