Primozone part of 3 projects for removal of micro pollutants financed by the Swedish government

The Swedish Agency for Marine and Water Management, SwAM has awarded 10 million Swedish kronor to six different projects for purification of waste water from pharmaceutical residues. Primozone is involved in half of the projects

The Swedish government is investing 10 million as a first step in a 4-year project to improve the purification of Swedish sewage treatment plants. Today's treatment plants are not designed to purify the waste water from micro-pollutants, such as pharmaceutical residue that end up in the waste water via household use of drugs, hygiene products etc.

The awarded projects are using different cleaning technologies such as activated carbon and ozone. Primozone is involved in three projects and will provide different ozone systems.
