Today Primozone is taking part in the conference "Sludge and waste water treatment for the future" in Klaipeda, Lituania
This conference is a part of the project Euroslam and partially financed by the European Union, European Regional Development Fund.
Primozone is presenting its ozone technology as one of the technical solutions available for treating filamentous sludge. Sludge bulking is a problem at activated sludge treatment plants and ozone is a solution that is not interfering with the important nitrification process. To learn more read about ozone technology and sludge treatment here and find a case study on removal of filamentous sludge here.
The Euroslam project is a cross border effort to share knowledge and develop sustainable methods of sewage sludge handling in municipalities around the South Baltic Sea. For more information: http://euroslam.eu
