Projectplace board strengthened by new owners

Projectplace International's new owners will take their place on the Board and are represented by Anders Ösund, Investor Growth Capital, Anders Grånäs, Via Venture Partners and Fredrik Cronqvist, InnovationsKapital.

In June, Projectplace International, Europe's leading online project collaboration tool, was acquired by three venture capital companies that each own 30% of the company. Now the Board welcomes the new owners and looks forward to an eventful autumn with concrete expansion plans.

The three new board members will bring their knowledge and experience of international growth and that is the main focus for us this autumn.

Henrik Baltscheffsky remains as Chairman. Other Board members continuing in their role are Liia Nou, Marie-Louise Kjellström and Jacqueline Winberg.
