We suffer from Inflammatory conditions, e.g. osteoarthritis, obesity, high body fat percentage, poor circulation, inflammations in the intestines and genital area, and gingivitis. None of these can prevented by vaccinations. The immune response can be kept active with healthy lifestyle: low carbohydrate diet, exercise 4 h / week, sleep for 7-8 hours, nutritious food and supplements.
