3gamma finalises recruitment to expanded graduate programme 2017-2018

3gamma, a part of Sofigate Group, has finalised the recruitment process to the 2017-2018 graduate programme in Sweden. Following a record number of applications to the graduate programme, seven talented students will join 3gamma Sweden on September 1st. Based on the successful development in Sweden, the graduate programme is also being expanded to Denmark.

3gamma’s graduate programme spans over one year and is designed around three main streams: business development, consulting practice and consulting competence. The main goal of the programme is to combine hands-on project experience with theoretical training sessions and personal development guided by the line manager and a personal mentor, which will give the participants the best possible foundation for a future successful consulting career at 3gamma.

Being a graduate at 3gamma means being a part of a journey; part of developing the firm, the culture and consulting practice. For 3gamma, it is a critical part of the firm’s development where talented individuals bring fresh perspectives and new ideas required to continuously reimagine the business. 3gamma’s Facebook presence, career blog, podcast and internal event group are all graduate programme ideas that have been integral in 3gamma’s development.

The 2017-2018 graduate programme has been expanded both size and geographical coverage. Seven talented students are joining 3gamma Sweden, and the programme is currently being established in Denmark.

Following the successful development of the programme, the plans for next year’s graduate programme are already in the making. 3gamma will attend selected student fairs to discuss, present and recruit for 2018-2019 graduate programme.
