Grant for 4light safety harness

An application from 4light for support of product development has been granted by a building industry advisory committee. The project is aimed at improving the labour safety using an enhanced version of the 4light safety harness.

Technically the areas involved are geolocation and IoT, Internet of Things.

The granted application means that 4light will be supported by SEK 100,000 from the government agency Vinnova for the start up of the project. More support from Vinnova is expected if the projects develops well.

In the development project 4light looks for partners from the building and mining industries, where innovations in the suggested field would be needed.

The standard 4light safety harnesses have already been accepted by several companies working in hazardous traffic conditions, as is illustrated by the picture above.
