Delphi has advised Christer Harling on the sale of real estates in central Gothenburg. The transfer was made from Christer Harling’s companies Victoriapassagen Holding AB and Gimnova AB to Wallenstam at a price of SEK 386 million.
The acquisition concerns nine commercial properties in the city centre of Gothenburg. The properties have a total area of 12,000 square meters and closing took place turn of the month April/May. All nine properties are located in Gothenburg's most central areas, inside of the town’s moat. Among the major tenants include, among others, Granit, Lindroth’s media production, Resekonsulterna and Stuk.
