Delphi advised G5 Entertainment AB (publ.) on combined directed share issue and secondary offering
Advokatfirman Delphi has, together with Carnegie Investment Bank, acting as financial advisor, served as legal advisor to G5 Entertainment AB (publ.) on its combined directed issue of 800 000 new shares and secondary offering. The proceeds from the directed share issue will allow G5 Entertainment to capitalize on a positive outlook of the mobile gaming app market and continue its strong historical growth, by increasing the number of external and internal development projects and focusing more on high-quality free-to-play games.
G5 Entertainment intends, during the second half of 2013, to apply for listing on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm and the secondary offering was initiated in order to further increase the liquidity of G5 Entertainment’s share for listing on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. The share issue was primarily directed to institutional investors in the Nordic countries. The total transaction value amounts to approximately SEK 58.6 million.
G5 Entertainment is a developer and publisher of downloadable games for iPhone, iPad, Android, Mac, Kindle Fire, and Nook tablets.
Delphi’s team was headed by partner Mats Dahlberg assisted by Anna Ribenfors, Marcus Nivinger, Emma Dansbo, Fredrik Gustafsson and Selma Toskic.
