Delphi advises Exotic Matter AB on its sale of Naiad fluid simulation technology
Delphi has advised Exotic Matter AB on its sale of Naiad fluid simulation technology to Autodesk Inc. The technology has been used to produce 3D fluid animations in several major Hollywood productions.
Delphi’s team was led by partner Johan Lövbrand Nilsson and comprised among others tax attorney Mikael Knutsson as well as associates Fredrik Jorstadius and Rickard Isacson.
