Delphi advises Nibe Industries on its acquisition of shares in Enertech Global
Delphi has been the legal advisor to Nibe Industries in connection with the acquisition of ten per cent of the shares in Enertech Global. Delphi’s team consisted of Per-Ivar Svensson (partner) and Anders Jemail (partner).
