Delphi advises NIBE on acquisition of Akvaterm
Delphi has assisted NIBE Industrier AB (publ) when they signed an agreement to acquire 70 per cent stake in Finnish Akvaterm Oy.
Akvaterm is a company in the field of storage tanks, refrigeration and special tanks sold to the Nordic region and the UK. Akvaterm has a turnover of approximately 7 MEUR. Nibe has an agreement to purchase the remaining 30 per cent in 2015. It will take place on 1 September 2012.
Delphi’s team consisted of Partner Per-Ivar Svensson and Senior associate Rebecka Thörn in cooperation with the Finnish law firm Dittmar & Indrenius in Helsinki.
