Delphi represents animal care foundation in sale of Stockholms Regiondjursjukhus AB
Together with Evli Bank, Delphi advised Stiftelsen Djursjukhus i Stor-Stockholm in conjunction with the sale of Stockholms Regiondjursjukhus AB.
The veterinary foundation, Stiftelsen Djursjukhus i Stor-Stockholm has sold Stockholms Regiondjursjukhus AB to Fidelio Capital. The foundation remains in place, however, as a long-term investor in the new veterinary hospital group, which comprises Västra Djursjukhuset i Göteborg AB and Falu Djursjukhus AB, besides Stockholms Regiondjursjukhus AB. The merger creates the leading player in Swedish veterinary care and includes around 300 veterinary surgeons and veterinary nurses.
