Ella Masus – An Evening of Anger

I am furious about things that have happened in my life. Things that I have not been able to influence. And I know that I am not the only woman to feel like this. Together with some other women I have produced a magazine that documents female rage. The idea behind the project is that female anger is a subject that has not been adequately investigated. I think that there are too few works of art or written studies that deal with the subject. Using workshops and interviews I have received answers from women about what rage means to them. There was only one rule: As long as it fills you with rage you can say anything you like. The most important aspect was the reactions of those taking part. I wanted them to feel that they were being listened to and that they had an opportunity to ventilate and share their knowledge with each other.
