Braathens Aviation AB (publ) – new contemplated bond issue
Braathens Aviation AB (publ) is contemplating to issue a senior unsecured bond in the Nordic bond market with maturity in March 2018. The purpose of the contemplated bond is part financing of pre-delivery payments in regards to the fleet renewal program, liquidity reserve and general corporate purposes.
Braathens Aviation offers a wide range of aviation services with main focus on domestic flights in Sweden through Malmö Aviation and Sverigeflyg with Bromma Stockholm Airport as its operating hub - the airport nearest downtown Stockholm. The Company is owned by Braganza AS (www.braganza.no), a privately held investment company based in Oslo, Norway, owned by Mr. Per G. Braathen and his immediate family.
