Celemi Ownership Announcement
The International Management team of Celemi, the world leading business simulation company from Malmö Sweden, is happy to announce the successful completion of a Management buyout of the business from Bure AB.
“I am very excited about the opportunity to place ownership closer to the actual operations of the company” says Kjell Lindqvist CEO of Celemi. “Bure has been a great owner and during the last eight years with them we have successfully and profitably grown the company by more than 70%.”
The buyout has been completed by a consortium led by Kjell Lindqvist, the CEO of Celemi. The buyout gives 100% control of the company and all its subsidiaries to the buyout consortium.
