Findity and TelliQ facilitates management of car fleets

Findity has integrated TelliQs solution for digital drivers log in its platform for digital receipts. Drivers can now get an automated service including push notifications for trips done by car.

Stockholm, February 18, 2016. Findity and TelliQ have signed an agreement that simplifies the management and administration of company cars, including a digital driver log and with an automated digital service for mileage and expense management. The service covers all from the starting of the car and finishing of the trip, to the handling of all expenses and booking in the company's accounting system. The travelers can also get a push notification when a trip is completed and can then mark the journey as a business or private one.

With our popular digital driver's log, now integrated with Findity's solution for digital receipts and expense management, we can now offer customers a complete digital management of automobile business travels”, says Marcus Östergarde, Business Area Manager at TelliQ.

The driver is notified via a push notification when a car trip is finished. It’s then listed in Finditys expense handling service Companyexpense, with all trips made and containing the itinerary, time and distance. Then the user chooses which trip or trips to be reported and what additional digital verifications, such as lodging, entertainment and daily allowance, to be added to the expense report. Mileage and per diem is calculated automatically, an expense report is created and can then be sent digitally to the company's accounting system for booking and digital signing.
